We advise you to please read these conditions carefully prior to purchase, as once a product(s) has been bought, you are agreeing to abide with these.
PRIVACY
Personal Details – Any personal information that you provide to us including your name, address, telephone number and email address will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of DOLAPO OBAT LTD.
SECURITY
DOLAPO OBAT LTD does not collect or record any credit card details you may provide when purchasing product(s) from our website.
PRICING
All prices are in U.S Dollars (USD) and Nigerian Naira (NGN). DOLAPO OBAT LTD reserves the right to change pricing at our discretion and without notice.
PAYMENTS
We accept all major credit cards. In our Maitama gallery we have more payment options like POS, bank transfer, cryptocurrency and cash.
DELIVERY
Please allow 2-4 weeks. Actual delivery times will vary depending on your location, product(s) ordered, and your country's customs regulations. Also, for product(s) on show in exhibition, delivery time frame will commence after the exhibition is over. You’ll get an email from us immediately when your order ships, with tracking information.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
DOLAPO OBAT LTD would like you to feel confident when purchasing online and we want to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchases, so we ensure all products are professionally photographed and all products are listed correctly online with their size and dimensions. So if for any reason a product is not what you expected please contact the gallery.
Please note, there are no returns, exchanges or change of mind with artwork that has been made to order. We have made that artwork as per your spec.
CARE & MAINTENANCE
Product(s) are designed to last. However, here are some precautions to further the longevity of your purchase.
We recommend not hanging your product in direct sunlight. Each of our artworks has its own hanging method. Please read the instructions provided in the pack carefully.
Extreme humidity can cause mould and mould may cause discolouration to your product(s). We encourage you to not place your product(s) near a stove, shower or sink.
FAULTY PRODUCT(S) & DAMAGES
DOLAPO OBAT LTD products are hand produced using the highest quality products. Any slight markings or variations are intentional. All products are thoroughly checked before sending and packaged with care. In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is faulty or damaged please contact us not more than 72 hours after the product(s) has been delivered.
DUTIES AND TAXES
Please be aware that any product(s) shipped internationally may incur additional fees and duties levied by customs. As the recipient of the product(s), you are responsible to pay any of the taxes and duties levied by the country you are shipping to. DOLAPO OBAT LTD is unable to advise how much these duties will cost, please ensure you are aware of the cost of these fees before you make your purchase.
